Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Whole small green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Fry ladyfingers until brown.
  2. Now take it out.
  3. Fry garlic, salt, red chili powder and turmeric in this oil and add water.
  4. Then put tomatoes and cook on low flame.
  5. Then add fried ladyfingers, green chilies and fried onion and simmer it for 10 minutes.
