Ingredients:
- Ladyfinger 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Whole small green chilies 4
Method:
- Fry ladyfingers until brown.
- Now take it out.
- Fry garlic, salt, red chili powder and turmeric in this oil and add water.
- Then put tomatoes and cook on low flame.
- Then add fried ladyfingers, green chilies and fried onion and simmer it for 10 minutes.
