Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put garlic, cumin, mustard, red chilies and curry leaves.
  2. When brown add tomatoes with remaining ingredients and cook on low flame until it dries and oil separates.

Tamatar Bhujia is delicious tomato curry. It is easy & quick recipe to prepare. Serve it with chapati.
