Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 20
- Whole red chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and put garlic, cumin, mustard, red chilies and curry leaves.
- When brown add tomatoes with remaining ingredients and cook on low flame until it dries and oil separates.
Tamatar Bhujia is delicious tomato curry. It is easy & quick recipe to prepare. Serve it with chapati.
