Ingredients:

  • Turai (small pieces) 250 gm
  • Potato (medium cube) 1
  • Onion slice 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  2. Now add cumin with red chili powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and tomatoes and fry it nicely.
  3. Then add green chilies, potato and turai.
  4. Now cover it and cook on medium flame until water dries.
  5. Then sprinkle coriander leaves.

Turai Aloo is mouth-washing dish. It is easy & simple recipe. Try this recipe at home. Serve it with rice or roti.
