Ingredients:
- Turai (small pieces) 250 gm
- Potato (medium cube) 1
- Onion slice 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped tomatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Now add cumin with red chili powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and tomatoes and fry it nicely.
- Then add green chilies, potato and turai.
- Now cover it and cook on medium flame until water dries.
- Then sprinkle coriander leaves.
Turai Aloo is mouth-washing dish. It is easy & simple recipe. Try this recipe at home. Serve it with rice or roti.
