Vegetable Cheese Kulcha by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Milk as required
For Filling:
- Boiled potatoes 2
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped pomegranate 4 tbsp
- Butter as required
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
Method:
- Put yeast, salt, ghee and baking soda in maida, knead with milk and leave for 1 hour.
- Put potatoes, pomegranate, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin, salt, red chilies, peas and capsicum in pot and mix it.
- Then make small small kulchay of knead flour and spread masala.
- Noe put cheddar cheese and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Vegetable cheese kulcha is ready.
