Ingredients:

  • Black lentil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Dried mango powder 4-5

For Bhagar:

  • Garlic chopped 5
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash lentil with lukewarm water and soak it.
  2. Now out lentil with 3-4 cups hot water in pot and cook it.
  3. Also put ginger garlic paste, onion, turmeric and red chili powder.
  4. When lentil tender nicely, crush it and add dried mango powder and salt.
  5. Then put 2 cup hot water again and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. When serve, heat butter and oil, put garlic, fry until golden brown, add in rice and serve with plain rice.
