Kali Masoor Ki Daal by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Black lentil 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Dried mango powder 4-5
For Bhagar:
- Garlic chopped 5
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash lentil with lukewarm water and soak it.
- Now out lentil with 3-4 cups hot water in pot and cook it.
- Also put ginger garlic paste, onion, turmeric and red chili powder.
- When lentil tender nicely, crush it and add dried mango powder and salt.
- Then put 2 cup hot water again and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- When serve, heat butter and oil, put garlic, fry until golden brown, add in rice and serve with plain rice.
