Prawn Lababdar Biryani by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Grinded green chilies 10
- Grinded coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Aloo bukhara 6
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Oil 3/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry all spice, ginger garlic, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, tomatoes and 1/2 cup water.
- Now put yogurt.
- Then add prawns, cook for 10 minutes and put fried onion and lemon juice.
- For assemble: Make 1 layer of boiled rice and spread prawns with masalay.
- Now put coriander leaves and green chilies in center, make 1 more layer of rice, put kewra and yellow color and simmer it for 20 minutes.
