Ingredients:
- Chopped mince 250 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Thick tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Achar masala 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mark cut on green chilies.
- Mix mince, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala, salt and red chilies in bowl and fill in chilies.
- Now heat oil, fry chilies and fill in bottle.
- Then put remaining oil and use as needed.
Achari Imli Keema is spicy dish. It is has rich flavors of green chilies & achar masala.
