Ingredients:

  • Chopped mince 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Thick tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Achar masala 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cut on green chilies.
  2. Mix mince, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala, salt and red chilies in bowl and fill in chilies.
  3. Now heat oil, fry chilies and fill in bottle.
  4. Then put remaining oil and use as needed.

Achari Imli Keema is spicy dish. It is has rich flavors of green chilies & achar masala.
