Ingredients:
- Paneer 250 gm
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Ghee 250 gm
- Button red chilies 8
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper corns 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Onions 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies 4
Method:
- Heat ghee, fry paneer and take it out.
- Now do onion brown and put red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic, curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
- Then add boiled potatoes pieces.
- Also put crushed paneer, mix it nicely and close stove.
Paneer Aloo Bhujia is healthy & tasty dish.
