Beef & Lentil Salad by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Beef 1 cup
- Lentil 1/2 cup
- Garlic 3 clove
- Beef stock 4 cup
- Bay leaf 1
- Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
- Cane peppers 1/2 tsp
For Garnish:
- Chopped green chili 3 tbsp
- Chopped mint 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1 cup
- Peppery 4
Method:
- Heat oil on medium flame in big pot, saute garlic and add beef and lentil.
- Then stir it continuously until beef is brown and add stock, bay leaf, dry masalay and salt.
- Now flame low, boil for 45-60 minutes and wait until meat tender.
- Then garnish with green chili, mint, onion, tomato and peppery and serve hot.
Beef & Lentil Salad is delicious & healthy salad. It is served hot.
