Beef & Lentil Salad by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Beef 1 cup
  • Lentil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 3 clove
  • Beef stock 4 cup
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cane peppers 1/2 tsp

For Garnish:

  • Chopped green chili 3 tbsp
  • Chopped mint 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Peppery 4

Method:

  1. Heat oil on medium flame in big pot, saute garlic and add beef and lentil.
  2. Then stir it continuously until beef is brown and add stock, bay leaf, dry masalay and salt.
  3. Now flame low, boil for 45-60 minutes and wait until meat tender.
  4. Then garnish with green chili, mint, onion, tomato and peppery and serve hot.

Beef & Lentil Salad is delicious & healthy salad. It is served hot.
