Chicken Makhani by Farzana And Zubia

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • White cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Whole green chilies 6-8
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes, blend it, separate seeds and skin and cook until it becomes thick paste.
  2. Then put chicken, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt and yellow color in dish, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, put 50 gm butter and tomato paste, roast on high flame, add fresh cream and green chilies and simmer it for 2 minutes.
  4. Then heat 2 tbsp and 100 gm butter, add all spice powder, close stove and serve hot with garlic naan.

Chicken Makhani is delicious dish. It is well known dish of Pakistan. It is easy & simple dish to make. It is served with hot naan.
