Ingredients:
- Eggs 8
- Bread slices 3-4
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Dry milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 2-3 cup
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Yellow color as required
- Small cardamom 4-5
- Desi ghee 1/2 cup
- Almonds, Pistachio as required
Method:
- Beat eggs, put sugar, bread slices, condensed milk, milk, yellow color and saffron, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in pot, add mixture and stir it continuously.
- When ghee separates, take out dish, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.
