Ingredients:
- Potatoes 4
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Chopped soya beans 2 bunches
- Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped garlic cloves 6
- Button red chilies 8
- Green beans 8
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash soya and fenugreek leaves and soak with turmeric.
- Heat mustard oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
- Now put potato cubes and fry until golden brown.
- Then add small pieces of beans, soya, fenugreek, turmeric, green chilies, red chilies and salt, stir it, cover it and simmer on low flame.
- When oil separates and potatoes tender, serve aloo saag ki bhujia with hot chapati.
Aloo Saag Ki Bhujia is tasty & healthy dish. Make this dish at home after making lot of meat dishes. It is served with chapati or roti.
