Khara Masala Murgh by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 375 gm
  • Onion paste 250 gm
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 15
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put onion paste.
  2. Also add chicken and roast it.
  3. Now put 2 cup water.
  4. Then put cumin, black pepper, turmeric, red chilies, salt, coriander powder and garlic and cover it.
  5. When water dries, beat yogurt, put it and roast it.
  6. For gravy: Add water as required and roast for 10 minutes.
  7. Then close stove, garnish with garam masala powder, ginger and green chilies and serve.

Rida Aftab has made Khara Masala Murgh with her own style. It is little new recipe. It has wonderful flavor of all spice powder.
