Spicy Indian Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Ridget elbow 1 packet
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put chicken mince.
  2. Now put onion, garlic, tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilies and coriander powder and cover it.
  3. When chicken tender, roast it.
  4. Now put capsicum and ridget elbow, cook for 5-7 minutes and close stove.
