Ingredients:
- Ridget elbow 1 packet
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Capsicum 1
- Garlic cloves 4
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and put chicken mince.
- Now put onion, garlic, tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilies and coriander powder and cover it.
- When chicken tender, roast it.
- Now put capsicum and ridget elbow, cook for 5-7 minutes and close stove.
