Ingredients:

  • Surmai/Rahu fish 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 4
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make pieces of fish, put vinegar for 5 minutes without washing it and then wash it.
  2. Then keep it on strainer, so that water dries.
  3. Then marinate with turmeric, salt, lemon juice, tikka masala, cumin and red chili for 10 minutes.
  4. Then heat grill pan, put some oil, keep fish pieces separate separate and do light brown.
  5. Achari fish tikka is ready.
