Ingredients:
- Surmai/Rahu fish 1/2 kg
- Lemons 4
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make pieces of fish, put vinegar for 5 minutes without washing it and then wash it.
- Then keep it on strainer, so that water dries.
- Then marinate with turmeric, salt, lemon juice, tikka masala, cumin and red chili for 10 minutes.
- Then heat grill pan, put some oil, keep fish pieces separate separate and do light brown.
- Achari fish tikka is ready.
