Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices.
  2. Now put beef mince and bread slices in chopper and grind ti nicely.
  3. Then mix egg, seek kabab masala, mint leaves and 2 green chilies, knead it nicely and make kabab like seekh kabab.
  4. Then shallow fry in hot oil.
  5. Heat oil in pot, put tomato puree, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper and salt, roast it slightly and add fried kabab.
  6. Then put 2 green chilies and fresh cream and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Then wash rice and cook it.
  8. Add some salt, boil 2/4 and drain water.
  9. Put butter and simmer it.
  10. Then keep kabab on center of big dish and put rice on all sides.
  11. Then put some mint leaves, serve nawabi kabab curry.

Nawabi Kabab Curry is delicious dish. Zubaida Tariq has made it with her own recipe. It is served with rice.
