Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1-1/2 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Red chilies 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fried fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1

Method:

  1. Put salt, red chilies, tomatoes, fennel seeds, ginger garlic, coriander powder, garam masala powder and 2 cup water in mince and cook it.
  2. When water dries, put coriander leaves.
  3. Heat oil and fry onion.
  4. When golden brown, put green chilies, fry until golden brown and put in mince.
  5. Then give smoke of coal to mince.
  6. Dum keema is ready.

Dum Keema is traditional recipe of Pakistan. It gives you taste of smoke. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
