Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1-1/2 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Fried fennel seeds 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Oil 1
Method:
- Put salt, red chilies, tomatoes, fennel seeds, ginger garlic, coriander powder, garam masala powder and 2 cup water in mince and cook it.
- When water dries, put coriander leaves.
- Heat oil and fry onion.
- When golden brown, put green chilies, fry until golden brown and put in mince.
- Then give smoke of coal to mince.
- Dum keema is ready.
Dum Keema is traditional recipe of Pakistan. It gives you taste of smoke. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
