Omelet Gravy by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make omelet of eggs, roll it, cut into slices and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder and fry it.
  4. Now add tomatoes, all spice powder, black pepper, green chilies, coriander leaves and salt, roast it and cook it.
  5. Also add water as required and thick gravy.
  6. Then add omelet and simmer it on low flame.
  7. Then take out in dish and serve.
