Ingredients:

  • Chili sauce 1/2 cup
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Eggs 2
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash chicken and put in strainer.
  2. Now put salt and black pepper and mix it.
  3. Then dip in eggs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Now take it out and keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil in pan and saute ginger garlic paste.
  6. Then put tomato ketchup, chili sauce, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar and brown sugar and cook it.
  7. Dissolve corn flour in little water, put in pan and stir it.
  8. Then add chicken, sesame seed oil and long chopped green chilies and take out in dish.
  9. Sweet chili chicken is ready.

Sweet Chili Chicken is sweet main course dish. It has sweetness of chili sauce and ketchup. It is served with rice or roti.
