Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Chopped garlic 4
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Whole red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Then drain water, put fresh water, salt and vinegar and boil it.
  3. Then drain water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  5. Then put tomatoes and dry water.
  6. Then add red chili, green chilies and soya sauce, roast it slightly and put rice.
  7. Now mix rice fast fast with 2 spoons, put black pepper and serve hot.

Tomato Chili Rice is spicy rice. The flavor of chili & tomato is delicious. It can be served with any gravy.
