Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Chopped garlic 4
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Whole red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and soak it.
- Then drain water, put fresh water, salt and vinegar and boil it.
- Then drain water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Now heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
- Then put tomatoes and dry water.
- Then add red chili, green chilies and soya sauce, roast it slightly and put rice.
- Now mix rice fast fast with 2 spoons, put black pepper and serve hot.
Tomato Chili Rice is spicy rice. The flavor of chili & tomato is delicious. It can be served with any gravy.
