Cocktail Meatballs In Sweet & Sour Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies 3
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp

For Sweet & Sour Sauce:

  • Red chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sweet & sour sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic paste for 30 seconds.
  2. Now put red chili garlic sauce, sweet & sour sauce, salt, garlic powder and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. For koftay: Put mince, egg, onion, green chilies, garlic paste, bread slices, onion, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and cream cheese in chopper and chop finely.
  4. Now make koftay of small cocktail size and deep fry it.
  5. Then put in serving platter, skew every koftay with toothpick, put in sauce, garnish with spring onion leaves and serve.
