Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Egg 1
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies 3
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
For Sweet & Sour Sauce:
- Red chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Sweet & sour sauce 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and saute garlic paste for 30 seconds.
- Now put red chili garlic sauce, sweet & sour sauce, salt, garlic powder and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
- For koftay: Put mince, egg, onion, green chilies, garlic paste, bread slices, onion, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and cream cheese in chopper and chop finely.
- Now make koftay of small cocktail size and deep fry it.
- Then put in serving platter, skew every koftay with toothpick, put in sauce, garnish with spring onion leaves and serve.
