Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 500 gm

For Marination:

  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Hoision sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic red sauce 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Sweet sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Corn four 1 tbsp
  • Salt & Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with marination ingredients and deep fry it.
  2. Now heat oil and make sauce.
  3. Put garlic with lemon juice, brown sugar, sweet sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, salt & black pepper in oil.
  4. Thick with corn flour paste.
  5. Then add fried chicken in sauce and toast it nicely.
  6. Then garnish with corn flour and serve.

Hong Kong Fried Chicken is standard dish of Hong Kong. The meat is soft, marinated with sauces, deep fried and served with sauce.
