Ingredients:

  • Macaroni boiled 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Plain flour 2 tbsp'
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Spring onions 2
  • Cheddar cheese 2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For sauce: Put butter in pan and melt it.
  2. Now add flour and roast it slightly.
  3. When aroma comes, put milk and cheese.
  4. When it is mixed, put boiled macaroni.
  5. Now mix black pepper, salt and chili sauce in chicken.
  6. Then add macaroni and put on baking tray.
  7. Put cheese and bread crumbs on top and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni is tasty dish. The flavor of cheese & butter is delicious.
