Brown Fried Rice With Prawns by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Brown rice boiled 1-1/2 cups
- Boneless boiled chicken 150 gm
- Prawns 150 gm
- Egg whites 1-2
- Chopped garlic 3-4
- Chopped spring onion 4 strands
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Chopped cabbage 1 cup
- Green chilies 5-6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cashew nuts 1/2 cup
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil brown rice.
- Now put oil in frying pan, add garlic, spring onion, black pepper, mustard seeds, cumin and green chilies and fry it nicely on high flame for 1 minute.
- Now put chicken and peas and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add boiled rice and fry it nicely on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Now put egg whites, cook for 1-2 minutes, add cabbage, soya sauce and brown sugar, mix all ingredients nicely on high flame and take out in serving bowl.
- Then garnish brown fried rice with cashew nuts and serve.
