Ingredients:

For Pancakes:

  • Maida 1-1/2 cups
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Custard:

  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Custard 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Season fruits 1/2 kg

Method:

  1. For pancakes: Put eggs, sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon powder and baking powder in blender, blend it nicely and make thick mixture.
  2. Put some oil in frying pan, put little little mixture, spread it and cook on both sides.
  3. Make pancakes with mixture like this.
  4. When pancakes cools, keep it aside.
  5. For custard: Mix custard in 1 cup cold milk.
  6. Heat remaining milk.
  7. When milk boils, add sugar.
  8. When sugar dissolves, put little little custard.
  9. When mixture is thick, put season fruit slices or cubes.
  10. Then mix it nicely and cool it.
  11. Custard is ready.
  12. Set pancake in serving platter, put custard, serve it or cool it in fridge and serve it.
