Ingredients:
For Pancakes:
- Maida 1-1/2 cups
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Baking powder 1 pinch
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Custard:
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Custard 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Season fruits 1/2 kg
Method:
- For pancakes: Put eggs, sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon powder and baking powder in blender, blend it nicely and make thick mixture.
- Put some oil in frying pan, put little little mixture, spread it and cook on both sides.
- Make pancakes with mixture like this.
- When pancakes cools, keep it aside.
- For custard: Mix custard in 1 cup cold milk.
- Heat remaining milk.
- When milk boils, add sugar.
- When sugar dissolves, put little little custard.
- When mixture is thick, put season fruit slices or cubes.
- Then mix it nicely and cool it.
- Custard is ready.
- Set pancake in serving platter, put custard, serve it or cool it in fridge and serve it.
