Ingredients:

  • Beef/Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Macaroni 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For White Sauce:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Butter/Margarine 1/2 tbsp
  • White pepper ground 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put mince, oil, ginger garlic paste, red pepper and salt in pot and cook on low flame without water.
  2. When water of mince dries, add tomato sauce, black pepper and chicken cube flour, roast it little and remove it.
  3. Then cook macaroni as given information on packet.
  4. Also preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  5. Then put little white sauce in baking dish and make layer of mince.
  6. Now put macaroni, then white sauce and then mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
  7. Then add little tomato sauce and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. When cheese is golden, serve keema macaroni with brown bread.
  9. For white sauce: Put butter or margarine in pot and roast flour.
  10. Now remove pot, put little little milk and stir it.
  11. Add all milk, keep pot on stove again and cook it.
  12. When sauce is thick, put white pepper and cream.
