Chanay Ka Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- White chickpeas (boiled) 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Tomatoes 375 gm
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onions 2
- Water 3 glass
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, salt, cumin and black peppercorns and roast it nicely.
- Then add 2 glass water and chickpeas.
- When 1-2 boils comes, put soaked rice and cook it.
- Water dries, simmer it and close stove after 10 minutes.
- Chanay ka pulao is ready.
