Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 cups
- Onion paste 6 tbsp
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Put gram flour,all spice powder, salt and 2 glass water, mix it nicely, add tbsp and cook on flow flame.
- then grease tray, put gram flour mixture and cut into square pieces.
- Now heat oil in pan, add fenugreek seeds, fry it, add onion paste and yogurt, beat it and stir it for few minutes.
- Then add 3 glass water, cook on low flame, add gram flour khandliyan, sprinkle all spice powder and serve.
Baisan Ki Khandliyan With Gravy is a vegetarian dish. It has unique taste and it is easy to make. You must try this dish. It is prepared with gram flour.
