Ingredients:
- Milk 2 liter
- Khoya 250 gm
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Almonds 75 gm
- Pistachio 75 gm
- Saffron few
- Sugar 3 cup
- Green cardamom 7
- Kewra few drops
Method:
- Soak rice in water for 5 minutes, remove skin of almonds and pistachio and cut it.
- Then dissolve saffron in slightly warm milk, keep it aside and boil milk
- Now add rice, stir it for 8-10 minutes, when milk is thick, add cardamom, kewra, almonds and pistachio, decorate with silver paper and serve chill.
Shahi Khoya Firni is delightful & delicious sweet dish. It is easy to make it. You must try at home.
