Prawn Tacos by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Prawns 400 gm
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tara garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- White tortillas 4
- Oil for frying
- Shredded lettuce as required
- Tomatoes as required
For Lime Garlic Cream:
- Mayo 1/4 cup
- Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put oil, garlic, salt, tara garam masala and cayenne pepper in bowl, beat it, add prawns, toss it and coat it.
- Then cook in pan on medium flame for 5 minutes, remove from flame and cover it.
- Now cook tortillas on medium flame for 30 seconds and mix cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, salt and mayo nicely in bowl.
- Then top with lettuce, tomatoes and lime garlic cream and serve it.
Prawn Tacos is Mexican dish. It is prepared with prawns and stuffed in tortillas with vegetables. Chef Tahir Chaudhry has made it with her own recipe.
