Ingredients:
- Coconut grated 3 cups
- Egg white 1
- Chocolate as required
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 2 to 3 tbsp
Method:
- Put milk and sugar in saucepan, cook on low flame and melt sugar.
- Then remove from stove, add coconut and eggs and cook again on low flame.
- Now close stove, make balls of mixture, dip in melted chocolate, keep in fridge and serve cold.
Coconut Balls is yummy & delicious sweet dish. The flavor of coconut is rich. It is prepared with few ingredients.
