Ingredients:
- Chicken stock 2 cup
- Rice noodles 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Fresh ginger as required
- Thai fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chili 1
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Cooked shredded chicken 150 gm
- Chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Put chicken stock in pan, add coconut milk, ginger, fish sauce, turmeric, red chili, tamarind paste, brown sugar, lemon juice, chicken and coriander leaves and boil it.
- When chicken is nicely boiled, add noodles and tender it.
- Then take out in bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Thai Noodles Soup is mouth-washing soup. Then flavor of coconut milk is delicious. You must try this recipe at home.
