Thai Noodles Soup by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Chicken stock 2 cup
  • Rice noodles 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 200 ml
  • Fresh ginger as required
  • Thai fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chili 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cooked shredded chicken 150 gm
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put chicken stock in pan, add coconut milk, ginger, fish sauce, turmeric, red chili, tamarind paste, brown sugar, lemon juice, chicken and coriander leaves and boil it.
  2. When chicken is nicely boiled, add noodles and tender it.
  3. Then take out in bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Thai Noodles Soup is mouth-washing soup. Then flavor of coconut milk is delicious. You must try this recipe at home.
