Ingredients:

  • Drumsticks 6
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green onion 2

Method:

  1. Cut capsicum, potato, green chilies and green onion into finely.
  2. Now put salt, cumin, chaat masala and black pepper and mix it.
  3. Then remove meat from bones like that it does not separates.
  4. Then fill masala in it and tie with thread.
  5. Now heat oil and put ginger garlic.
  6. When aroma comes, add drumsticks, cover it and cook on low flame.
  7. Drumsticks tender, put tomato ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar, mix it and close stove.

Drumsticks Masala is mouth-washing dish. Then combination of chaat masala & black pepper is delicious. It is served with vegetables.
