Whole Wheat Crackers by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Milk 4 tbsp
Method:
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl, then mix sesame seeds, poppy seeds and black pepper.
- Using your fingertips, rub in butter, until it resembles find breadcrumbs.
- Make well in center, then add cold milk.
- Now mix it with your hands to make smooth dough.
- Don't over mix.
- Chill dough for 15 minutes in fridge.
- Roll dough into circle.
- Prick it all over and cut into shapes.
- Place then on baking sheet.
- Bake crackers for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees C or until lightly golden.
- Place on wire rack to cool down completely.
- You can serve crackers with various topping or plain.
