Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Yellow food color few
- Lemons 4
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix yellow color and vinegar and spread on chicken.
- Now roast cumin seeds and roast it.
- Then mix ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red chili flakes, cumin and salt and spread on chicken with help of lemons for 1 hour.
- Now put in pot and dry water on low flame.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry chicken on low flame.
- Then golden brown from all sides, take it out.
- Delicious chicken charga is ready.
- After frying it, heat little oil in pot, put chicken charga and simmer it for few minutes.
Chicken Charga is delicious & deep fried dish. It is Lahore, Pakistan dish. It is deep fried in oil and it is served with raita & naan.
