Ingredients:

  • Split Bengal gram 1/2 cup
  • White lentil 1/2 cup
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Oil for frying as required

Method:

  1. Soak both lentils separate in hot water.
  2. Then boil separate.
  3. Remember it, lentil should be tender.
  4. Now chop chicken mince and both lentils in chopper.
  5. When it nicely chopped, mix remaining ingredients, knead it nicely, make kabab and shallow fry it.
  6. When golden brown, take it out and serve with chili garlic sauce.

Daal Kababi is tasty dish. It is prepared with gram lentil & white lentil. It is served with ketchup, chutney or sauce.
