Ingredients:
- Split Bengal gram 1/2 cup
- White lentil 1/2 cup
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Egg whites 2
- Oil for frying as required
Method:
- Soak both lentils separate in hot water.
- Then boil separate.
- Remember it, lentil should be tender.
- Now chop chicken mince and both lentils in chopper.
- When it nicely chopped, mix remaining ingredients, knead it nicely, make kabab and shallow fry it.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve with chili garlic sauce.
Daal Kababi is tasty dish. It is prepared with gram lentil & white lentil. It is served with ketchup, chutney or sauce.
