Ingredients:
- Boiled elbow pasta 2 cups
- Corn 1 cup
- Red kidney beans cooked 1 can
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped cucumber 1
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomato 1
- Olive oil as required
- Balsamic vinegar as required
- Salt, Black pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil pasta in pan until it cooks.
- Now add remaining ingredients.
Mexican Pasta Salad is easy & refreshing salad. The flavors of corn & red kidney beans is delicious.
