Mexican Pasta Salad by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boiled elbow pasta 2 cups
  • Corn 1 cup
  • Red kidney beans cooked 1 can
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped cucumber 1
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Olive oil as required
  • Balsamic vinegar as required
  • Salt, Black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil pasta in pan until it cooks.
  2. Now add remaining ingredients.

Mexican Pasta Salad is easy & refreshing salad. The flavors of corn & red kidney beans is delicious.
