Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 2-3
  • Garlic cloves 15
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 packet
  • Almond paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt 1-1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion and mutton in handi, cover it and cook n low flame until meat it tender.
  2. Now add oil and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook it.
  3. When meat tender, add yogurt, lemon juice and green chilies.
  4. When it is cooked, add cream, butter and almond paste and serve with naan.

Handi Namkeen Mutton Masala is sour & tasty dish. The flavors of cream, butter & green chilies is rich & delicious. It is served with raita, salad, naan or paratha.
