Ingredients:

  • Boiled pasta 2 cups
  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Grinded green chilies 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, green chilies, yogurt and cream for 15 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and butter, put onion and saute it until pink.
  3. Then add chicken, stir fry it and put flour.
  4. Now add water with herbs, red pepper and black pepper in this mixture.
  5. Then fold in cream, toast it and serve.

Malai Chicken Pasta is mouth-washing dish. The texture of cream & butter is delicious & tasty. It is served as light meal.
