Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Egg 1
- All spice 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 3-4
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Oil for fry
For Masala:
- Yogurt 1-1/2 gm
- Crushed brown onion 1/4 cup
- Saffron few drops
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
For Garnish:
- Onion ring 1
- Fried potato slice 1
- Tomato slice 1
- Capsicum slice 1
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste, onion, egg, all spice, green chilies, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in mince, make tikya kabab, shallow fry in oil and keep it aside.
- Now mix onion, saffron, salt and red chili powder in yogurt.
- Then heat oil in pan and roast yogurt masala.
- Put kabab, onion, potato, tomato, capsicum and yogurt mixture in other frying pan and simmer it.
- Serve with roti or chapati.
