Dum Kay Tikya Kabab by Tasneem Mapara

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil for fry

For Masala:

  • Yogurt 1-1/2 gm
  • Crushed brown onion 1/4 cup
  • Saffron few drops
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

For Garnish:

  • Onion ring 1
  • Fried potato slice 1
  • Tomato slice 1
  • Capsicum slice 1

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste, onion, egg, all spice, green chilies, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in mince, make tikya kabab, shallow fry in oil and keep it aside.
  2. Now mix onion, saffron, salt and red chili powder in yogurt.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and roast yogurt masala.
  4. Put kabab, onion, potato, tomato, capsicum and yogurt mixture in other frying pan and simmer it.
  5. Serve with roti or chapati.

Dum Kay Tikya Kabab is tasty dish. It is prepared with mince and serve with masala & vegetables. It is other variety of kabab and you must try this recipe.
