Ingredients:
For Moti:
- Chicken mince finely 750 gm
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Silver leaf for garnish
- Green chilies few
- Salt to taste
For Rice:
- Sela rice 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Chicken cube 2
- Whole cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Cloves 3-4
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Whole peppercorns 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Ghee or Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For moti: Add green chilies, chicken mince, red chili powder, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, all spice powder and salt in chopped and chop it.
- Now make small balls of this mixture and steam in steamer.
- Put silver paper on half balls and leave half balls as it this.
- Moti is ready.
- Clean rice, wash it and soak for 2 hours.
- Now make potli of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns and coriander seeds.
- Add water, chicken cube and potli in pot and cook until aroma comes.
- Then heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste, roast it and give bhagar to stock.
- Now put rice and cook it.
- When rice becomes ready, add chicken moti and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, take pout dish, garnish with brown onion and serve.
Moti Pulao is meat balls rice dish. Moti is prepared with chicken mince & served with rice. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
