Ingredients:

For Moti:

  • Chicken mince finely 750 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Silver leaf for garnish
  • Green chilies few
  • Salt to taste

For Rice:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Cinnamon sticks 2-3
  • Whole peppercorns 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ghee or Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For moti: Add green chilies, chicken mince, red chili powder, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, all spice powder and salt in chopped and chop it.
  2. Now make small balls of this mixture and steam in steamer.
  3. Put silver paper on half balls and leave half balls as it this.
  4. Moti is ready.
  5. Clean rice, wash it and soak for 2 hours.
  6. Now make potli of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns and coriander seeds.
  7. Add water, chicken cube and potli in pot and cook until aroma comes.
  8. Then heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste, roast it and give bhagar to stock.
  9. Now put rice and cook it.
  10. When rice becomes ready, add chicken moti and simmer it.
  11. When simmer is completed, take pout dish, garnish with brown onion and serve.

Moti Pulao is meat balls rice dish. Moti is prepared with chicken mince & served with rice. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
