Tamatar Ki Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 6
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take out seeds of tomatoes and cut into finely.
- Now fry onion and garlic in pan.
- Now put tomatoes, red chili, all spice powder, black pepper, cumin and salt and roast it nicely.
- Tomatoes tender, add 1/2 cup tamarind paste and mix it.
- Chutney becomes thick, remove it and serve with pakoray.
Tamatar Ki Chutney is classic & delicious dish. It can be served with roti or pakoray.
