Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Warm water 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Flour 2-1/4 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Pesto spinach alfredo sauce 2 cups
- Pepperoni slices 6-7
- Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese shredded 1-1/2 cup
For Pesto Spinach Alfredo Sauce:
- Butter 1/8 cup
- Maida 1/8 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pesto 1/2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1 clove
- Finely chopped spinach 1/2 cup
- Parmesan 1/4 cup
Method:
- Add yeast, water, sugar and oil in stand mixer bowl, whisk it and stir it.
- Now leave it for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Now add flour, garlic powder, salt and dried oregano and knead it until dough is smooth.
- After 5 minutes, add 1/4 cup water if dough dries.
- Then cover dough with cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Now take out dough, put in pan and bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes until puffy without topping.
- Remove from oven.
- Spread sauce over crust.
- Top with cheese, pepperoni and tomatoes.
- Bake more for 8-12 minutes until crust is golden brown.
