Ingredients:
- Khoya 250 gm
- Cottage cheese 1 cup
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Yellow color 1/2 tsp
- Chopped pineapple 1 tin
- Silver paper for garnish
- Glazed cherries for decorate
Method:
- Mix khoya, cheese, caster sugar, pineapple essence and yellow color.
- Make dough of it.
- Grease plate with ghee and do dough thin.
- Put pineapple, cherries and silver paper.
- Then cut into small pieces and serve.
Pineapple Barfi is yummy sweet dish. Then flavor of pineapple is delicious. You can make this at home easily.
