Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
- Boiled onion 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Grinded cashew nuts 15
- Melon seeds grinded as required
- Hung curd as required
Method:
- Blend onion with 2 cup water and 3 green chilies.
- Now heat oil in handi and fry blended onion paste for 10 minutes.
- Then put chicken with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, cumin, all spice and yogurt, cover it and cook until chicken is ready.
- Then add cashew nuts, melon seeds, cream, butter and green chilies and simmer it.
White Butter Handi is delicious & tasty dish. It has rich texture of butter & cream which gives some extra flavors.
