Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Green onion 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Green chilies paste 2 tsp
- Chopped carrot 2
- Sausages 4
- Boiled noodles 1 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste.
- When aroma comes, add finely chopped sausages.
- Now put mushrooms, cabbage, capsicum, green chilies paste, carrot, black pepper and salt, mix it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add rice, noodles, soya sauce and green onion, mix it and close stove.
Chinese Fried Rice is easy & simple dish. It has combination flavors of sausages & vegetables. It can be served with raita, sauce or gravy.
