Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Shashlik sticks 4-6
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Capsicum 2
For Sauce:
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 cup
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 1 tsp
- Red food color 1 pinch
Method:
- Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, vinegar, onion, tomato and capsicum, mix it and leave for 1 hour.
- Skew on skewers.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry it.
- For sauce: Put all ingredients in pot, cook it and take it out.
Shashlik is delicious & delightful dish. It is prepared with chicken & vegetables and served with sauce.
