Mediterranean Pasta by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic thinly slices 2 cloves
  • Basil dried 1 pinch
  • Ripe tomatoes 2 large
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil over high flame.
  2. Cook pasta for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain and heat oil.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes and stir it.
  5. Add half basil, half tomatoes and black pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Place pasta  in large serving bowl and add herb garlic oil.
  7. Add remaining tomatoes and basil on top, toss it, the heat of pasta will cook tomatoes.
  8. Season to taste.
  9. Serve with cheese on side.

Mediterranean Pasta is tasty dish. It has amazing flavor of basil & ripe tomatoes. It is simple & easy recipe.
