Kaddu Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Beef boiled 1/2 kg
- Pumpkin 1 kg
- Tomato paste 250 gm
- Oil 1 cup
- Big green chilies 6
- Curry leaves 6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Fennel 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Red chili 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry garlic.
- Now put mustard, onion seeds, cumin, red chili, turmeric and fennel.
- Also add curry leaves.
- When aroma comes, put beef and chopped pumpkin and roast it nicely.
- Add tomato paste and jaggery in other pan and cover it on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Now roast it and mix coriander leaves and tamarind pulp.
- Then mark cut on green chilies and fill chaat masala.
- Then put in kaddu gosht, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.
Kaddu Gosht is spicy & delicious. It has amazing flavors of green chilies and chaat masala.
