Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Cardamom 4
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Boiled sogodana 1 cup
- Ready red jelly 1 packet
- Cream 1 packet
- Almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts 100 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Silver paper for garnish
Method:
- Cook milk.
- Now put sogodana and rice, cook it and thick it.
- When it is thick, put cardamom and kewra and close stove.
- Then add cream and mix it.
- Then take out in dish, put almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts and red jelly and serve.
